Description

The Rapid Move 2 is built specifically for circuit-style training — bursts of intensity, then resets — and the only honest way to visualize that was to let the editing structure itself mirror the workout. We designed the suite around speed/agility/stability as three legible visual states, and let the cuts breathe between sprints the way a trainee actually does. The product stays the protagonist; the negative space carries the recovery.

I art-directed the build. Most of the call sheet was about restraint — when you’re working with an athletic client you can always go faster, and the stronger version of this work was knowing when not to. The cool-down beats are doing real work in this film; they’re what makes the sprints feel like sprints.
